කොට්ටාව සිරි ධමීමකිත්තිකාරාම විහාරස්ථානයෙන් සිදුකෙරෙන තවත් ප්‍රජාසත්කාරක ක්‍රියාවක් ලෙස තිසරණ වැඩිහිටි නිවාසය හඳුන්වා දිය හැකිය. අති පූජ්‍ය ඉත්තෑපානේ ධමිමාලංකාර නායක හිමිපාණන් වහන්සේගේ මගපෙන්වීම යටතේ විහාරස්ථාන පරිශ්‍රයේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන මෙම වැඩිහිටි නිවාසයේ අන්ත අසරණභාවයට පත් වැඩිහිටි මව්වරුන් හා පියවරුන් 25ක් නේවාසිකව සිටී. සැලකිය යුතු පිරිවැයක් යටතේ ප්‍රදේශයේත් බාහිර ප්‍රදේශ වලිනුත් ඉදිරිපත්වන පින්වත් දායක පිරිස් වල ධන පරිත්‍යාගයෙන් ඉහත කී පිරිවැය දරමින් මෙම වටිනා මෙහෙවර ඉටුකරමින් ක්‍රියාකරන්නෙමු.
Establishment of Thisarana Elders’ Home is another community support activity initiated by Kottawa Siri Dhammakiththikarama Temple under the direction of the Chief Incumbent Rev. Ittapana Dhammalankara Thero. This unit is functioning within the premise of the temple. At present 25 senior citizens are provided with protective living environment relieving them from the vulnerability. This foremost activity is managed with the contributions of communities living in the area as well as the philanthropists joined time to time from other areas, as well.
